As an employer, the process is simple. Contact RCAM regarding your company's interest in exploring registered apprenticeship training. The RCAM staff will guide you through the process of becoming an Authorized Training Agent (ATA) in order to provide relevant on-the-job training for employees selected to enter apprenticeship training.

Modeled after a highly successful program in Washington State, RCAM Group Apprenticeship Programs offer employers a turn-key solution to their workforce development needs.
